What an excellent home visit for my father today. The GP was excellent; listened well, took time and explained things so clearly. I felt so supported by the surgery and very confident about his ongoing care from the Caradoc team. The change in this surgery since Ranworth took over has been phenomenal. Thank you Caradoc!

Cannot believe how this surgery has had a total turn round. Well done to everybody Doctors and Staff. The system of booking appointments is great. It is now very organised and efficient. Please can we keep Tamworth?

Complete change around since ACE had their contract withdrawn. Now I can get through on the phone, calls are answered fairly quickly and appointments are available. All the staff I have come across have been friendly and helpful. Long may it continue.

Mark the psychiatric nurse at Caradoc is an outstanding practitioner. After suffering from mental health problems for at least 17 years, meting with Mark has been so VERY helpful. He took the time to explain medications to me and the side effects and helped me to understand my conditions. What a catch for the surgery. As a result I now sleep better, eat better and am off the medications. THANK YOU to Mark and give him a pay rise! And make sure you keep him - he is such an asset and we are so lucky to have him in Frinton - there is a real need for a Mark in every surgery across the country.
